I cant create a hotmail account?

i have tried to create a hotmail account today and i enter it all it and it shows up with a error and says try again later.


but its been doing this for ages.


does anyone else have problems creating an account or is it just me?

I had problems with creating a new hotmail account 2 weeks ago due to the code being wrong and i swear they were wrong, then i had probs with the password, i emailed them but they never got back to me.
