Can my work place see the emails, i have sent on yahoo & hotmail?

cos they can see everything else on out look ,and internal emails,


so can they see the internet emails

If they really wanted too, yes, but I suspect they'd have no real reason to unless they suspected you were up to no good.





Because you're using the companies machines/time, then you are not entitled to be doing personal things and since everything on a company PC is more than likely tracked, you 'll find they have a right to monitor your activity.

Reply:As long as you log out after you've sent them, nope. Unless you're a spy or an international uber-criminal or something, why would they bother to check your mail anyway? As long as you keep the content of your emails safe, then you've probably got no worries. Yeah, they could use cctv, or keylogging, but it's highly unlikely.

Reply:There's several ways to do it one of which would be a keylogger which records every key stroke you make. So yeah.

If your firm are really concerned about security and staff using the computer for personal mail, they may have a key logger as well. This keeps a record of everything you've done. Reply:My work can access my company emails sent and retreved but i dont think they can look at your "private ones" if so this would be a fraud because in order for my company to monitor my company emails we all had to sign a form agreeing with this!

If you want to avoid to leave a trace on your work pc, please be wise enough to clean it every time you leave. Go in Tools, Internet Option, General, Browsing History and delete them all.
