It is already built in the outlook express and u need not know about it.

If outlook express is asking for the POP server, I think it's usually something like pop.hotmail.com or something like that. You can check the FAQ on hotmail and it's probably in there.
Reply:out look express can be used , hotmail doesn't provide pop3 for downloading ur mail on remote system u can do this by outlook none other email client will work ...
