How do you permanently delete access to a hotmail acocunt on msn?

It will become inactive after 60days of non-use, but can be reactivated (although the content will have been deleted).





I guess you can refer to MSN/MSN site to request a formal deletion of account.

Reply:uncheck the save password. You can also go to control panel/user account and delete the account you want
